Briefing with the company
In order to get "the perfect match" between company and candidate, a good briefing by the company is a first requirement : function content, corporate structure and culture, fit between candidate and company.
Evaluate the candidate
When a candidate meets the objective parameters and is interested in the position, she/he will be invited for a screening :
*Interview
- extended biographic analysis
- competence based interview
*Test battery on screen
- personality questionnaires
- ability tests
Debriefing
You will get an overview of the tests & on the spot feedback. Once selected, the company will receive your CV with a confidential report.
